Starting in the construction business over 20 years ago, Duncan joined his father and brothers in the family carpentry business. With a well-respected reputation as some of the areas finest finish carpenters; Duncan learned the construction process well. He developed an understanding of how customers felt about the home building process and could relate to some of the frustrations that go along with the building process.

In 1998, Duncan built his first home with a few key principles in mind – solid craftsmanship, design integrity and professionalism. These key principles remain consistent with every home he builds and by building a limited number of homes each year, his commitment is on the home and the building process. Staying close to the building process of each home assures that building permits, architectural board approvals and getting the project up and running happens in a timely manner. As with any project, changes do happen. There are no charges for change orders because we know that as the building process goes on, your ideas may change. We work closely with you to go over your ideas to make sure you are happy with your new home.
